Our athletics team returned from the uMhlathuze district championships with twelve medals and three qualifiers for the provincial meet.
Twenty-six learners represented Dlangezwa High School at the uMhlathuze district athletics championships held at the Empangeni sports grounds.
The team collected five gold, four silver and three bronze medals. Three athletes qualified for the KwaZulu-Natal provincial championships in April.
The school thanks the sports committee and the parents who transported and supported athletes throughout the season.
