Applying to Dlangezwa High School
We welcome applications from learners across KwaDlangezwa, Empangeni and the wider uMhlathuze area. Places are allocated in line with Department of Basic Education policy.
How to apply
Four steps to enrolment
Collect the enrolment pack
Download the Grade 8 enrolment form below or collect a printed pack from the school office during office hours.
Prepare the supporting documents
Certified birth certificate, latest school report, transfer card, immunisation card, proof of residence and parent/guardian ID.
Submit before the closing date
Hand in the completed application at the admissions office. Applications for the following year close on 30 June.
Placement outcome
Outcomes are communicated in writing during the third term. Accepted learners confirm placement and attend orientation in January.

- Completed and signed enrolment form
- Certified copy of the learner's birth certificate
- Latest school report and transfer card
- Immunisation card (Road to Health)
- Certified copies of parent/guardian identity documents
- Proof of residence not older than three months
